Returns and Exchanges:

Unopened and unused products purchased on may be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days. Customer is responsible for return postage.

To kickstart the return process, please send an email to with "Return" or "Exchange" in the subject line as well as the order number and reason for return/exchange in the body of the email.

Please note that returns sent from outside the European Union may be assessed local taxes, duties, etc. upon arrival.
